The Booking You just let me know either by mail or phone that you are interested and then book a photo session. All you need to do then is to be at the venue on the agreed date. Please inform me about any changes which might occur.
The Photo Session I will come to you or an agreed venue like a park etc. with my mobile photostudio. It consists of all sorts of backgrounds and props to suit a lot of situations. Please be aware that I will need around 2m x 2m space for the studio. If you have already your own ideas of how you would like to get your little ones pictured please let me know before the photo session so I can bring the neccesary equipment with me. After the Photo Session I will work on your photos and will send you a mail, usually within a week after the session. With this mail you will get all the details you need to access your password protected online gallery on my server. You have then all the time you need to choose which pictures or canvas etc. you would like to order. However, if you can decide on a purchase of above £80 within a fortnight after the photo session you will get one 12x 8 inch print for free. Adjustments and Retouching The modern picture software gives us nowadays a lot of possibilities. So if you want some changes please just let me know. Basic retouching, meaning getting rid of the odd spot or cut or converting pictures from color to sepia or black & white is included in the session price. Additional, more complex adjustments like taking out people or putting others in pictures will be charged at an hourly rate of £15 or part thereof. Ordering and Payment When you have decided which prints or other products you want to purchase you can order it directly through your online gallery and pay securely via Paypal or using your Credit/Debit Card also through Paypal. You can also pay by cheque. Just make it payable to My Phototots and post it to me. You can find my address here. Order process After I received your order and funds are cleared I will process your order and give you a mail notification at every step. You should have your pictures around 14 working days after I received your payment. Special purchases like bespoke framing services or photo books may take longer and you should allow 20 working days. My "Word-of-Mouth-Scheme" If you like my services and are happy to recommend me to your friends or family I will reward every booked photo session with one free 12x8 inch print from your session as a thank you. Please make sure that your friends inform me about you so you get the free print. |
